A student-led project to make mental wellness common ground
The Mental Wellness Project is an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation founded and led by students who believe that caring for your mind should be as normal, accessible, and celebrated as caring for your body. Our purpose is simple to state and ambitious in practice: to promote mental wellness, educate communities, and reduce the stigma that keeps too many people suffering in silence.
We do this by building educational programs and outreach initiatives that meet young people where they are, in classrooms, in community spaces, and in everyday conversation. We believe the next generation shouldn't have to learn about mental health by accident, and no one should feel alone in asking for help.
Beyond our core programs, we remain committed to pursuing any lawful activity that furthers this charitable mission, because the work of building a mentally healthier community is never really finished.
